Ayrmer Software launched a new, e-commerce enabled booking system for after school clubs for
Fun in School Holidays (FiSH)
that allows parents to register their children on the website, enabling them to book a wide variety of clubs
run by FiSH throughout Devon.
The system caters for approximately ten clubs throughout the Devon area and provides an intuitive user interface for staff to manage club calendars, registrations and bookings. Payment for sessions can be taken using either a coucher system or credit and debit cards.
After speaking to a many bespoke software developers about developing our online booking system
we were pleased to choose Armyer Software to develop it.
Their unique and passionate team listened carefully and understood our needs through the definition
of requirements process but more importantly they understood the needs of our customers.
Their analytical approach to developing the system highlighted possible technical problems and these
issues were dealt with in the initial stages.
In the first few weeks of the system going live we had over 250 customers register their details and
administration time has already been greatly reduced since the launch.
