Protelligent Limited commissioned Ayrmer Software in 2009 to develop a bespoke software solution ooble. The software aims to help Small to Medium sized Enterprises (SME) produce cashflow forecasts using their accounting data from Sage Line 50.
ooble allows Finance Directors and Controllers to produce management accounts, budgets and cashflow forecasts which will help their management teams to take informed decisions. It's also the ideal tool to help accountancy firms, consultants and business advisors to add real value for their clients in a cost effective manner.
We undertook extensive business analysis in the form of a "definition of requirements" that proved invaluable, avoiding a number of potential issues, by ensuring we had a thorough understanding of what the end solution should include. Good communication continued through out the development process and beyond and ensured the successful completion and continued support of the project, which has been a great success!
The ooble cashflow forecasting software underwent extensive testing prior
to launch with improvements to the software being made following the completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
We have supported Protelligent following the launch of the software, designing and developing a fairly simple - brochure style - website and blog (using WordPress) - www.ooble.co.uk - to help market the solution.

Vince McConville - our Sales and Marketing Director - has also provided help with using social media through sites such as Twitter and LinkedIn and he has taken to it like a duck to water.
Our Managing Director was able to introduce Bill Wells - who runs 2.0 Ltd., - to Mike, who
commissioned a promotional video for the website from Plymouth based video production company
2.0 Ltd., which
you can see on his website. As part of the process, Bill used some of the video footage to create
the testimomial video above.
