We do not normally charge "maintenance fees" as we believe a system should be robust and there should be little or no need for on-going technical support, however we will always support any project for its entire lifetime.

We prefer clients to log issues on our on-line support system as this allows us to schedule in work as and when required, ensuring we can meet your expectations as well as other clients'.
