Our commitment to your business lasts long after the development of your project and we understand that your business needs don't stop there. We do not normally charge "maintenance fees" as we believe a system should be robust and there should be little or no need for on-going technical support, however we will always support any project for it's entire lifetime.

We prefer clients to log issues on our on-line support system as this allows us to schedule in work as and when required, ensuring we can meet your expectations as well as other clients. The support system also provides a transparent billing platform for "change requests", "bugs" and "technical enquires", enabling you to control costs and identify any additional training needs.
