web development :: content management system (cms)
Using our unique framework - Project Golem - we are able to develop content management systems
that are flexible, easy to use and can be tailored to your specific requirements. Additional
functionality can be built in using pre-built modules (where available), allowing you to add blogs,
file management, client areas and much more!
We recently developed a content management system for VW Commercial Vehicles, allowing accredited commercial vehicle convertors to update their contact details and services offered in conjunction with twentyfive, a leading brand agency.
The lastest version of our content management system has been used for the new Pretty Greek Villas, Connor and Husseyseatway websites and so far feedback from clients has been excellent!
content management system - admin user interface
"We now have a content management system which is so simple to use that someone without
much computer experience can update the website after one or two hours of training. No more
complicated HTML coding issues or odd anomalies that arise when using programs like
Microsoft Frontpage and Dreamweaver to upload changes on a site. From a time saving point
of view the result is amazing."
Ben Bland, Pretty Greek Villas
Content management systems enables businesses to "take ownership" of their own website, no longer reliant on their website designers to update critical information on their website. Ayrmer Software have always believed that the client should be able to manage their own systems, in fact we work hard to ensure that your business will never be effected by our business, providing access to the underlying source code and providing technical information during the hand-over of the final project. This means that your business can move away from us at any stage as we do not believe in tying clients in; we believe in developing trusted relationships built on mutual understanding and trust. To date we have never lost a client and we believe this is a result of our approach and transparency within our business processes.
Using our unique "framework" (Project Golem) we developed a website for "Emotional Intelligence at Work" using a design
supplied by the client. The client wanted users to be guided through specific paths when visiting
the website and we were able to adapt our standard content management system to encompass their
needs. The website was delivered within weeks and the client was extremely pleased having spent
months chasing the previous developers who kept delaying the project.
A number of our projects include a content management systems within larger applications that cater for a variety of different activities including:
- e-commerce enabled booking systems for business networking organisations;
- e-commerce distribution systems and knowledge based businesses;
- event management systems that enable participants to interact with the event management team;
- manufacturers and re-sellers;
- tourism and letting agency websites that need to constantly maintain their website content with new properties;
Some examples of content managed websites we have recently developed are:
- Connor
- DSD Fire Risk Assessment
- Emotional Intelligence at Work
- Executive Coaching Consultancy Limited
- Employment Week
- Glenflesk Art Gallery
- Hussey Seatway Limited
- Maternity Coaching
- National Council for Voluntary Youth Services
- Pretty Greek Villas
- Summit Events
- Sussex Resilence Forum
- VW Commercial Vehicles
We recently transferred an existing site into our content management system in less than a week, for further information read the case study for Employment Week.
