Summit Events Limited needed an event management system that would enable them to effectively communicate with their event participants before, during and after each event. We developed a website that allows participants to provide background information (distributed to other participants), their travel arrangements to and from the event (including flights), accommodation requirements and their event preferences. This enables the event management team to organise each participants schedule to maximise the opportunities, ensuring everyone involved benefits.

The above system is being developed using our unique frame work - Golem - and will represent a major leap forward with the release of version 2.5 that introduces many new features, including a recycle bin that allows system administrators to restore records previously deleted.
