CoB New charges explained
We have recently changed our business model [October 2018] and believe in complete transparency, so here is an explanation of how we charge for our out of school booking system designed for childcare providers. It is designed to be simple & fair for all, enabling wrap-around clubs of all sizes to benefit from a booking system designed specifically for breakfast, after school and holiday clubs with over 7 years experience working with clubs and 14 years working with academies.
We know how frustrating it is, when businesses do not publish their charges in a clear, unambiguous and easy to understandable manner, so have put together the following table that shows all the discounts available and how our transaction charges are applied.
We provide a free on-line demo, so that you can ensure the booking system meets your needs, although we are sure it will, having tireless worked to ensure we have developed functionality our users need (electronic sign in / sign out sheets, rolling contracts, GDPR compliance, secure by design and much more in the last 12 months alone)! We are currently working on staff rotas and have dozens of new features coming soon.
We provide free installation, set-up and configuration, free technical support for when you need help, free upgrades so that you don't miss out on the new features and no up front costs or license fees.
We provide discounts for registered charities and members of the Out of School Alliance and will be announcing some exciting news in January for OOSA members!
