CoB feedback from parents

We don't often get feedback from parents, so were delighted to receive feedback passed on from one of our schools that recently launched The Childcare on-line Booking (CoB) system for their after school clubs and wrap around childcare provision for their little ones (Gardarie). So, without further adieu, here's what the parents said:

We are obviously delighted to get such a positive response from parents; especially given that this was from a customised version of CoB that introduced a wide range of new functionality - including support for the French School system - without disrupting some 300 other settings that already use CoB. Our Managing Director said:

open quoteI am delighted with the launch that went smoothly, which was down to the testing the entire team did prior to the implementation, to ensure other users did not experience any disruption. Part of the implementation was to migrate data from the legacy system, which represented over five years of booking data and as a result we had to ensure the data dd not introduce any data related bugs, so doubly proud of our achievement.close quote
