Social media campaign on a budget
We have recently launched a new website for a start-up business called Moor Independence Ltd. As part of the launch, we have run a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram. We chose these platforms, as the service provided will be squarely aimed at vulnerable people with South Devon (along the A38 corridoor) and these platforms allow targetted marketing, using geodata.
We checked the progress yesterday and were rather chuffed with the results!
The Facebook page reached over 10,000 people between Friday and Tuesday midday (four days) and had 2,000 plus engagements. The website was listed on Friday and is already on the first page of Google's search engine results page.
We have continued to drip feed information about the business each day via Facebook and Instagram, to keep the brand recognition moving in the right direction.
More important than these impressive statistics, is the fact that the business has now received a number of enquires and started making initial appointments (the first was yesterday afternoon) with more this week and next.
The launch of the business was done on a shoe string, as both Thea and Tracey have left their jobs in a residential care home, as they firmly believe they can help vulnerable people far better in their own homes, despite the COVID-19 pandemic. Their mission is to provide the best quality community health care in the South Devon; providing a continuity of care for you, within your home, enabling you to maintain both an independence and quality of life with carers that work together to create a supportive team.
